Very effective for even heavy leakage
Ordered for a male relative with kidney issues and heavy leakage after surgery. These nappies worked well and helped him feel more secure, especially during the night. Reasonably priced too. Thank you.

Could be better with absorbency
Could be better with absorbency, I found that because it wasn't instant absorption they leaked out the top and sides when faced with a normal/ large sized pee. Comfortable enough, fit could be a bit better but they'll do in a pinch
