Not impressed
The bottle has a sleek design and a good capacity, but the self-cleaning feature feels like a gimmick. It doesn’t seem to make a noticeable difference, and I still have to clean it manually. For the price, I expected a more effective and convenient solution.

Provides clean, safe water for traveling
I like the extra sanitation this gives my water while traveling. I use it and also lend it to family members who are traveling out of the country. My daughter just took it on a trip to India, and gave it high praise for the way it cleans and sanitizes water, for better health while traveling.

What do these lights mean?
When it works, the water does actually taste better. Bottle stays clean.It would be nice if there was a way to attach a simple handle or caribeaner. It's a travel accessory?Unfortunately, no idea what the different lights mean and now it mostly just flashes green, which I think means it's not working, despite being charged and securely closed.Emailed for instructions, no reply.

I wonder how many sales of this product have been lost because of the lack of the most basic instructions!!’ How hard could it be to include in the package or even post here. Epic fail on zoom’s part. It might be the most wonderful product in the world but I would not recommend it for that simple reason.
