Isoleucine>Creatine
I use to take creatine but eventually moved off of it after hearing about isoleucine. I’m sure it’s different for everyone but creatine made me feel “off” idk how to explain it. I always had to eat something to avoid feeling nauseous with creatine but not with isoleucine. I take two capsules in the morning and two in the afternoon (on an empty stomach) and I have no side effects. Been taking isoleucine consistently for about a month and my joints/ligaments feel great as if I was taking creatine. I play basketball and lift weights 5 days a week and the recovery has been perfect for me. If you are looking for a creatine substitute I would recommend isoleucine.
