After using these for six years following my hysterectomy, I’ve decided it’s time to leave a review. Although it’s not the easiest thing to talk about, these pads have been a reliable and comforting product for me. One of the standout features is how they prevent that unpleasant wet feeling—they do an excellent job of keeping me comfortable until I can get to a bathroom to change. As my needs have evolved, I’ve appreciated the option to size up for more absorbency, which has been incredibly helpful. Lastly, I’m so grateful that these are completely unscented, as I find most scented options to be unbearable. This product is a practical and effective choice for anyone in need of dependable protection.

Love the extra long length and how thin yet extra absorbent. The wings keep it in place well where without the wings pads have a tendency to wad up giving less coverage. Poise are the best. The adhesive is very good too.

Reliable, great length & width for confidence in the coverage, well packaged, quick shipping, good price. Will continue to purchase. The ONLY drawback is that the adhesive is sometimes a tad too sticky and will come off the pad when removing, leaving remnants of glue strips in my undergarments which are very difficult to remove! It’s happens infrequently enough, though, that I guess it’s worth the occasional aggravation because I’ve tried other brands and have much bigger issues with those. I also feel these are superior in terms of keeping odors away.

After using protection underwear for several years, I bought these pads along with reusable incontinence underwear. They have worked out VERY WELL for me. More comfortable, better fitting, and less expensive. Good progress!

Best incontinence pads I've tried, and I have had issues for >20 years. Highly recommend the long length to reduce leaks. Pads fit well and have good adhesive that stays in place. Thin pads so they are not bulky under clothes.One request, if anyone at the company is checking social media: please strengthen the reusable adhesive on the tab that keeps the cover wrapping closed. The cover makes an excellent wrapper for disposing of a used pad but the tab doesn't always re-stick after being opened.

I use thes on a regular basis and finally a product that does what it says! Absorbent and no smell !Accidents happen! These make it not embarrassing!

After one really rough stint of Covid, I now unfortunately have an incontinence issue when sick - specially when coughing. I’ve tried other brands and although I may act like a baby when sick, I don’t want to feel like one too, if you know what I mean. As thin as these are, they handle the sudden “gushes” with every forceful cough or sneeze with ease. I’d imagine they’re great for those who have smaller leaks to contend with but I can only speak to this very specific use. Not a bad price either in comparison to other brands. Very comfy.
