Good quality filter
A real improvement on the previous filter. It not only collects hair but also helps to stop smells from the shower drainage pipe.It is easy to fit and to take out to clean. It is a good quality item and is value for money

Works and fits easily
Saw this when looking for a replacement rubber one as smells would not go away. Dubious whether it would work and didn’t look like it would fit. Fitted it very easily with a clear click and not had a smell since, I wish I had found this years ago! Excellent product

At last, a new design that works
The new design is a total game changer. The old design was the worst design ever. The new one is a pleasure to clean easily, remove and to push it back in place is a walk in the park now, as with the old design the whole thing was a total disaster to clean and to push it back in it's place. The new design also eliminate the odours coming through, unlike the old one the odours still come through smelling like a sourage in the bathroom.

Great improvement
A great improvement on the original, much easier to clean and maintain. Fits the same trap.Managed to buy it during a sale (cheaper than the original), so good value.

Has resolved the problem
Was relieved to find this product, the drain valve that came with the shower tray was not trapping the odours coming from the drain. Unpleasant smells in a bathroom isn't really a seller. But these fitted like a dream and no more smells. A little fiddly when cleaning the unit is in two parts, a grey removable gabbing comb that catches debris that can be removed easily cleared and clean but for deeper cleaning the whole unit can be pulled out and cleaned before placing back no problem just need to clip back in. Very pleased the company upgraded.

Very good and efficient shower drain.

Better than original all silicone version
The ground floor shower drains better than it did with the original all silicone trap. However, although secure - it doesn’t fully engage into the trap housing as far as it’s rubber seal. There are no smells coming back - so the plastic on plastic seal you end up with is fine.

Easy to fit
This is a direct replacement from the rubber “elephant trunk” the trunk was difficult to relocate and frequently let smells leak into the bathroom. The new cartridge clicked into place and although it’s only been in position for 4 days there is no sign of any smell. Can’t say how easy it will be to clean but I don’t see this as being a problem.
