I ordered the non-chewable calcium citrate option because I am tired of the artificial sweet options. I was dreading this product because of how big the pills looked in the photos. I have been using these pills after my Gastric Sleeve surgery. They are great. They go down easy, cause no nausea, and have no aftertaste if there are any concerns with that. I would definitely recommend it.

These supplements provide me with the calcium intake that I need because I don’t like the chewables. My only complaint (like so many others) are that these pills are pretty big. Be sure to have water and maybe a small slice of bread of crackers to push these bad boys down, but other than that I like them.

I couldn’t do the flavor of vitamin chews, these pills have been a life saver. Also if you leave in your mouth with water for even 30 seconds these dissolve but are flavorless so if you don’t feel up to swallowing a big pill you can just drink your calcium pill. I’m a fan!
