Not only did they look good but they were extremely comfortable and They are Lightweight, Flexible, and a much higher quality material the the other brand I originally purchased.

I am a women's 7.5 US size, and I got a size 6 originally and it was HUGEEEE. I did the men to women's US shoe conversion and 6 SHOULD have fit but it runs SUPER LARGE; I had 3 inches from the toe of extra space. I returned and bought a mens size 4 and it fits much better. I still have a little bit of room ; I could have done a size 3 but I didn't want to risk it. Ladies, if you get this make sure you SIZE DOWN by a lot. Also, the shoes give off a strong rubber odor and I have been airing them out for a week.

In the picture it looks like plastic gloseed nose and sides but it is not it is a leathery fabric that needs to be polished. These could be used as work boots but dont expect to be getting some 300$ quality boots, they are 32$. I pearsonally use them for Civil Air patrol cadet program and they hold up fine and I assume would do the same with some things such as light construction, farmers,physicle jobs and like I said cadet programs and I guess hiking. These boots do have a hard sole and I would recomend buying some padded shoe soles with it or just some thicker socks, (these are ment to be worn with thicker/military socks) over all 9.5/10.

As stated in the other reviews, these boots outgas (stink) quite a bit at first, but since I was planning on wearing them out-doors, I didn't mind too much. The big problem is that the first time I laced them up, several of the eyelets started to pull free. The second time, one of them actually popped free of the leather, and without the metal eyelets, the laces will cut free very quickly. I was able to re-insert the eyelet, and get it peened tight, but now after only a few days, most of them are loose. I'll replace them with good quality eyelets as needed from here on out, but this low quality is very disappointing.On the good side, the fit was exactly as expected.

These are the 3rd pair I've owned. Very comfortable and durable. Water resistant. Suitable for ladders & wet surfaces. I've been wearing these for over a month & they're the exact same pair & quality as they've always been.
