I really like this book, I read half of it in my spare time, it does get more intense as the auric training is expanded and the second half of the book is very in depth, some may find it archaic. However it holds a lot of magic and knowledge of how the human Aura is. Dismiss it if you will, but I hold it like I carry a bible of some kind, I love the mystical representation of what is describes. 8/10 is my own review, because of how it holds the attention of someone would
