I received this laptop in hopes that it would be a new laptop. Unfortunately it was from a third party seller. IT WAS USED, PACKAGED IN A FILTHY BOX, FULL OF DUST, COVERED IN DIRT, AND THE COMPUTER DID NOT EVEN WORK.THIS PRODUCT IS FAR FROM A WORKING AND NEW PRODUCT. DO NOT EVER BUY!!!!!!
