Bob's Red Mill Bulk Sweet Sorghum Flour, Gluten Free, 25 Pound

Have only recently started using this sorghum flour and so far it has been great. Have only used for simple recipes like pancakes, biscuits and simple breads. Highly recommend.

I use sorghum flour for a variety of gluten free baking applications but primarily bread. Although VERY expensive, this stuff rivals wheat for both flavor and mouth-feel... You're not 'settling' when you eat this stuff... It's downright GOOD tasting and moderates blood sugar levels. Know it's usually mixed with potato/tapioca starch - check your recipes. You can mix in advance. If you're buying in bulk, parse out 2-3 pounds and place in freezer/fridge in zip-lock bags. The stuff will spoil.

I like this product, I use it in my gluten free flour blend.

This is the first time I have order is such a large quality. The product is of superb quality.

This is great for baking. Like that it isn't a bunch of little bags. Can scoop a cup full easily.
