Overall, haven't noticed much of a difference, but my boyfriend takes this for maintenance so wasn't expecting much. Seems like a good quality supplement. No GI upset or other symptoms to note. Made in USA, and the addition of collagen and MSM is a huge plus.Please be mindful if you have a shellfish allergy like me, likely shouldn’t take these.

This product does what it claims to do. My knees were too painful to walk and made sleep almost impossible. Research led me to this product as well as Type II collagen powder. Within a month pain started to reduce and at 3 months my knees were back to being free of pain. Very effective and good value.

This has really helped my hip pain.

I like this supplement. It does help but I wished all these companies would lay off the MSM. It can cause digestive upset and that's exactly what it is doing. AS much as I like this, I will look for better with NO MSM.

I purchased this for my husband, he has been taking it for two weeks and he says "I feel better than than I have in 5 years". He is able to bend all of his fingers and his knees no longer bother him. He played football all thru high school and his knees gave him so much trouble!!! This has definitely made my marriage better in all ways!!! This supplement fulfills its function 100%, it is a must-have.

Capsules are large but somewhat easy to swallow. Recommended dose is 4 capsules. Caused upset stomach, couldn't take them. It may not happen for someone with a stronger stomach.
