Q: How do you change the wallpaper to match the one on the main photo? It scrolls through, but none look like the ones shown the item description.

That is just a sample screen - The model my son has has a few screen options but none that look like that.

Q: Can functions be switched off during the school day?

There is a school mode setting, I think it turns all notifications/ incoming and outgoing calls I’ve not tried myself though

Q: Can you set pictures to contacts ?

No. This is not possible from what I can see.

Q: Tried to contact customer services via email. It keeps failing saying recipient did not accept our request to connect. How can i contact?

I’m not sure you can email or text on this, just call out or receive calls- you do need credit
