I love taking the Kava from now! It’s very calming but doesn’t cause drowsiness for me. I use it in tea mostly! And this is my third bottle! Don’t use it everyday but in times of high stress!

So extracts especially when it comes to herbal things are different for everybody. One of these droppers could make you feel really good. Eight of these droppers could make you feel completely different.If you're trying to use kava kava for the first time I would definitely suggest getting the real stuff and not necessarily A tincture. This also did not really agree with my stomach that much (I have IBS) and due to some of the ingredients that you use. It didn't mesh well.I can say it is real kava kava extract it does have the numbing aspect that copacaba has. The dosage on the bottle obviously follow it but if a you've been drinking a while and you're trying to find an alternative I would definitely try the real powdered formula versus an extract.And if you take Kratom this can intensify the effects just be careful.

This product is crucial for me getting a good night's sleep! I drift off about thirty to forty five minutes after I take it and sleep soundly the whole night with no grogginess the next morning. I've tried other brands and they taste like dirt compared to this.

I bought two kava kava supplements at the same time. I didn't try this one until after the return window had closed....I tried the tincture last night for the first time under my tongue.... When I tell you the taste of this made me gag, I am not exaggerating.If I could send this back, I would.The other kavakava supplement had multiple ingredients in it and I will be working to purchase that one again and will likely just throw this away since I am past the return window.

I love this product. It works better than I had though. It has a distinct taste which makes it pleasent. I have repurchase this time again. Also it has no alcohol which makes it perfect.

I add a couple of drops to naturally flavored club soda with a splash of juice. It's like having a relaxing glass of wine with out the desire to finish the bottle. I like it and will continue on my Kava kick as it helps to kick other bad habits. I still don't know if it should be refrigerated after opening as there's no directions.
