Can this be used on anmotorized adjustable bed

Hello. The Adjustable Bed Assist Rail Handle can be used in the anmotorized adjustable bed, but the Bed Assist Rail Handle must be used in a flat place, it cannot be bent, and a mattress must be pressed on it.

What is the strap for? Where do you install it?

I didn’t need to use it . You only need it if your rail is not stable. Mine goes under the mattress far enough that I don’t use it. If you do need it you attach it to the rail and hook it onto the side of your bed
