Outstanding Product
I am completely satisfied with these grips. My hands are on the larger side and these grips have a comfortable feel due to the larger circumference. The chrome looks appealing and the quality is top notch. The cable attachment on the throttle side is sturdy and doesn’t slip. If you are switching from the stock grips, you’ll have to get used to the lack of resistance. This increases your bike’s performance response in a good way. I highly recommend these grips for Yamaha bikes.

Look and feel good!
I put these on near the end of the riding season so I haven’t used them extensively yet.Pretty easy to install on my Victory Hammer. The left side was very easy and the black widow glue supplied is holding so far.The throttle side was a little tricky but easier than I expected. Reassembling the throttle housing on my Victory was the hardest part only because I have never attempted anything like this before.Once installed I was very pleased with the way they looked! I opted for the black to match my bike. Like I stated before it’s the end of the riding season here so I only got to try them out a few times. But for those few rides they were very comfortable!I can’t wait until spring thaw to put them to longer test rides!

Nice but Bigger Change than Expected...
You know these by now of course, look and feel great like a quality product. Very easy install, but be aware the rubber glue hardens up in mere seconds, so get that left grip in the proper position pronto. Wish Kuryakyn would throw in a 10-cent hex key for the caps, as it is a pretty small size, but you do not need it for installation.Am sure I will get used to it, but the thicker grip actually made my hand numb up throttle side (my twin is a shaker). A lot of it I think has to do with where my thumb lands now, with a rubber pad now pushing in right under my thumb inside middle knuckle and catching vibes, whereas on smaller grips my thumb was pretty much clear of the grip with only the very inside of the larger thumb knuckle putting some pressure on. Have a little more trouble with gas and brake alternating in stop and go traffic as the grip takes up more of my hand so I seem to have a little less reach for the brake. The rubber pads don't seem to quell vibration, maybe just for grip. My grippy gloves get a little grabby with these too, and yesterday when it was very hot, sweaty hands in the gloves definitely contributed to a feeling of less throttle control (sweaty hand slip slightly inside the glove, the glove grabs the iso rubber and tweaks it slightly differently than intended... mind you, this is all pretty subtle but so is every throttle input). I point out all these things because I had not read about them before...I still give four stars and do not at all regret the change as all these things I think I will adjust to in time. The geometry of thicker grips would suggest you get slightly more displacement for the same rotation, so should have more throttle control. Still, am going to add slightly more throttle slack and will need to lessen my own hand gripping considerably which ought to be a good thing, but was a little surprised these were not more comfortable than my old grips right out of the box.

Awesome and easy to install
Awesome and easy install. These are so much more comfortable than the stock grips on my victory judge. Way less vibration and bigger around which gives a more solid feel. My mechanical skills are so-so but was able to get these on straight and correct in about 20 minutes. Throttle side was 3 bolts for the housing, losses the cables (turning them toward the grips loosens them. Turning toward the tank tightens them), carefully wiggle out the ferrules and slide the old grip off and new one on. Moving the grip like you are accelerating or decelerating helps get them in the right spot. The clutch side I was actually able to work it off without cutting it off so my old grips are still intact. Great grips and super user friendly!

Love them! Big improvement
These grips are perfect, highly recommend I have large hands so these work perfectly for me!! And they are black so absolutely love them. Might not be good for small hands. These feel great and look great!!

Perfect for people with large hands.
What is there to say about these that hasn't already been said? High quality grips proven by the fact that they are heavy used by many bikers. They fit perfectly on my yamaha v-star 1100 classic. Probably a bit too bulky for people with smaller hands, but if you have larger hands then you will love these. Well worth the price as if you get a cheaper pair you run the risk of the throttle side breaking mid ride and leaving you stranded.

What a great difference and enhancement.
A friend has these and suggested it for my bike. I purchased them installed them as per their instructions. It was easy and quick and is significantly more comfortable.
