Worked great for my purpose
I'm using the exhaust to regulate the pressure for my fish room's central air system. By itself, it's very loud but stuffed with polyfill and wrapped with plumber tape it's only audible if you're standing within a foot of it. With it installed in the air loop, the pressure drops from 3+ (the gauge only goes to 3 psi) to a consistent 1.5.

Bad thread
I was replacing a short style one with a longer one to accommodate more air flow but the thread is slightly larger and it won’t thread into the part.
