When I ordered this I thought I was getting the one with the corkscrew. Apparently that was my error. It is a beautiful product. The scabbard is a nice addition.

this knife was junk. tried to get in contact with seller on many occasions no luck. knife had split on 1 side of handle 3/4 to 1 inch long also blade was not straight. I would not buy any knife from this company !!!!

No it's not a French Laguiole but it didn't cost $700.00 + either. Quality is very good for the price and blade holds a very sharp edge. A little stiff and gritty upon open and close at first but this smoothed out nicely with use.

Not the real thing. I was hoping and expecting a much better knife. Very stiff and binding action and the blade needs sharpening out of the box. I know Laguiole and this is NOT one. To bad I had high hopes. Buyer be ware!!!

First of all, seller was great, 5 stars. Item was pretty good overall, but the first one I got had critical flaws. The blade will not stay shut, due to manufacturing defect, and the roll mark on the spring was just sad. The knife rattles quite badly when closed. The wood scales and brass bolster were very nice, and the size is about %150 standard size for Laguiole knives. The Damascus steel was great, real folded carbon steel, with a great grain, and a super strong acid etch. I love the format of the knife, but the QC was bad. I returned it, hoping for a better pick, cause I love the knife. Hopefully they send me a winner, so I can give this the 5 stars it deserves...

Very pretty knives. Bought 5-for presents. Hope they love them as much as we do!
