This is my first weighted blanket, and at 15 lbs it was definitely heavier than I expected—my husband even joked it was like a “concrete wall” between us! The green is true to the pictures, which I love.I personally prefer something softer against my skin, so I layer this on top of my regular blankets. The weight is enough that you really have to focus on spreading it out before bed to get the best use, but it’s super cozy and definitely soothing. Sometimes it makes getting up after a nap a bit of a challenge!It stays cool at night, which is a huge plus for me. Washing it feels a bit daunting (thanks, dogs), and I’m glad I didn’t buy a cover because I’m terrible at putting those on.As a bonus, my Oura ring has been showing more deep sleep lately—could be a coincidence, but I like to think it’s the blanket helping. Overall, it’s a great addition to my nighttime routine.

Amazon had this item marked as a “frequently returned item” so I was nervous purchasing this for overseas delivery.I’m not really sure why it’s a frequently returned item. My only complaint is that the twin size only has a weight up to 15lbs. It would be nice if I could’ve gotten a 20lbs twin-size. But let me tell you how this is an ACTUALLY **COOLING** weighted blanket.The weather is getting warmer here and I am trying to conserve energy costs so that means air conditioner during the day and windows open at night. Well, I can’t sleep without some kind of cover. I love weighted blankets but they usually keep me too warm. It wasn’t going to be all that warm the other night, but I thought it would be too warm for the weighted blanket, so I just slept with my light comforter.I woke up at 3 am sweating from my light comforter. I threw it off my bed and grabbed this “cooling” blanket. I have NO idea how it was cool— but it was!!! It’s like it retained the coolness air somehow and transferred it to me when I put it over me. The weight felt comfortably heavy and i wasn’t too warm at all (nor was I too cold). I fell right back to sleep and slept through the rest of the night. I woke up and still didn’t feel too warm.It is an odd shape with smaller squares to hold the beads. But I actually find this to be really nice as it offers a more even distribution of weight, I think. My past weighted blankets all had the bigger squares and you could see how the beads would fall to one side.I really like this weighted blanket. Although I do wish the twin size came in a 17 or 20lbs, the 15lbs is great. I would recommend this for people who love weighted blankets even in the summer.

The 15 lb, 48 x 72 inch feels heavier in psi than I had expected - the extra drag makes it more difficult to roll over.Something more like 5 lbs might be more my speed.However, it does adequately cool - the glass beads conduct heat away quite efficiently.

I liked the color, soft material, and stitch pattern. I chose the recommended one closest to my body weight and to this day use it to have many, many good nights sleep.

This worked like magic for my 8yo daughter who started having some nighttime anxiety all of a sudden! She said it makes her feel comforted. After a week of constant wake-ups (& therefore waking us up), she’s sleeping through the night again. I bought the 7lb blanket & the cooling cover & she loves it. I’m grateful to have a full nights sleep again!

I love this weighted blanket. and the fact that it comes with a separate cover for washing to keep it clean. The zipper isn't as sturdy as I'd like, but it doesn't get used that often so hopefully it will last a long time. Took me a little bit to figure out how to get the blanket inside the cover the first time. The weight is perfect for me - I'm 132 lbs and it feels sooo cozy and helps me sleep better.

This worked great for my son with Autism anxiety. He uses it everyday and he says it helps. He has not been as anxious and gets a great nights sleep. It's also not too heavy
