Function and feature are so good.i read the review that this amp complicate to set up.yes and no.i just cannot use the app because the app work with android 12 or older.but i have old phone i don't use.so i use that to set up the amp.good or bad you tell me.i bought the second one a week after.yes refurbished.only thing i feel that this is a refurbished item:The sticker on the side of the box.take that off no one will notice that this is a refurbished .

This receiver is defective uponarrival. No sound output for# 1-the center speaker and#2-the sub-woofer,(two main sound)Afraid to purchase another oneNot what I expected.

Excellent set of features for a "budget" receiver. Checks all the boxes for what I needed, and pairs beautifully with my Klipsch 5.1.2 speaker setup.

i Have tried to repeatedly get zone 2 to work and even tho i got it to work 2 times since purchase it never would work using hdmi from the tv source. The window for return has expired and i called amazon and the said they would contact the seller and that the seller had 48 hours to contact me. Seller never contacted me. So now a week latter and i have Amazon on the phone and am not getting anywhere yet

I have been watching all the 8k atmos/dolby vision recivers for quite some time now, I am on a very strict budget lol to say the least, when this went on sale the planets aligned and I was able to purchase it. Had it up and running full tilt in about 15 min, and it is amazing so amazing that Spiderman in 4k was the first movie that awed me. Sounds incredible and has plenty of power, I wanted the thx version but for the price watts were sacrificed I am not disappointed in any aspect whatsoever. If your like me and are on the edge about the purchase take that leap and get it, remember it's just money you can always make more!

Works great and so nice to have blue tooth capability. It now connected to our outdoor speakers.

- It often stuck in now Initializing screen- Chromecast features doesn't work properly when cast from plexamp app. Audio freezes- unresponsive to controller remote app. Device had to be physically turned off to get it connect back to network- ALLM doesn't seem to work as I need to turn up to 67 points to get good enough sound

This is the best AV I have ever had it sounds tremendous I love this thing. It is just as the seller described it look brand new. It was easy to setup and to get up and running so far I have had no issues.
