Great Bag for most needs
Great bag! If you like to keep things in a certain place this is the bag for you. Using the webbing on the inside works perfect for my needs. I have tried numerous bags and this seems to be the best I've found in an every day bag.Not to big, but gives you enough room for a couple of days if you needed it. It has enough room for 3 days easy but the compression straps make it small when you don't need the space. The front stuff space works perfect for those days when it rains then stops and rains then stops and so on and so on and you want to stow your rain jacket. The admin pocket is large you can carry to much stuff you don't need. The sleeves covered with MOLLE on both sides accommodate the ESSE Junglas perfect and most all fixed blade knives would fit just fine there. They will also fit on the MOLLE inside. The shoulder straps are comfortable and they do not slip off your shoulder when carrying one strap style like the kids. The material 5.11 used for them is nice and stable on your shoulder. The material lets air circulate on the shoulder as well as the back, minimizing that sweaty pattern on your shirt the girls love. The orange interior panels are brighter than they look in the Internet photos I've seen and would definitely aid in being seen if lost and in need of rescue. The color also helps silhouette what you have attached to the MOLLE.Padded laptop sleevePadded tablet sleeveHydration compartmentIt comes with attachment points for a hip belt. When I received the bag I realized these point will fit up to a 1 3/4" web belt, really cool.Quality from a quality company. This is my first review. I've bought at least 100 items on Amazon and this one made me want to do a review.I'm going to try and post a pic with comments. For some reason I cant attach it to this review.

All Hazards Prime, all the way.
Originally I was skeptical of getting this pack. Since I had bought and loved my Pelican 1660, I thought a Pelican Laptop U100 back pack might be the solution to carrying my laptop and other office stuff in the field. I constantly am on the go at my work and needed something to hold it all. But something about the tactical style of 5.11's packs appealed to me. The reviews for the All Hazards Prime were good, so I ordered this pack and a Pelican U100 at the same time so that I could compare side-by-side the pros and cons. It took under a minute to decide that the All Hazards Prime won out against the Pelican. This pack has a comfortable laptop space with a pouch for cords and other accessories which is located opposite of the laptop space. The laptop space fits my 14" Dell Latitude comfortably. It has a really handy sunglasses pouch located at the top, along side the carry handle. It's big enough to put other doodads in along with sunglasses. The other main compartment is big enough for a good size note book and binder. That same compartment is lined with bright orange material that makes finding things a snap; that's a major plus. There are two detachable fishnet pouches in the orange main compartment that are fairly useful, although I don't utilize them with any consistency. The second to smallest compartment in the front holds pens, other office or clerical type stuff. I keep correction tape, pens, sticky notepads and other things of that nature in there. It has clips on the inside to attach keys and such. The smallest compartment is another compartment, nothing fancy, but still useful. If using for camping or other adventures, this pack would be perfect for that as well. It has a compartment in the very back, located on the underside of the shoulder straps which can lodge a hydration unit. There are side pockets for carrying batons and breaching tools or equipment. The compression straps work well, and there is a nice feature which allows the user to place a helmet in the pack locate in between the front and main compartments; I use it to pack my lunch in.Finally, I have to say the construction is awesome. The carry handle is beefy, and the two shoulder straps have a connecting strap which helps the user carry to his back much larger loads. The only thing I think they could have done to have made this pack better, would have been to incorporated a waist strap. That would have been really. I still love this back pack, and it makes me sure that my next pack will be a 5.11 Tactical brand.

This is a solid pack and my go-to bag for when I'm traveling. I was worried about purchasing a pack from Amazon without being able to get my hands on it first and see it in person but I figured I would give it a go and then return it if I wasn't completely satisfied. Thankfully it was exactly what I hoped it would be and I've been using it all the time.Pros:-It's a well built pack that has great stitching and excellent zippers-Plenty of room for all of my stuff and I really like the dedicated pocket for my iPad-The velcro and molle make it simple to add other items, I attached a water bottle holder to the side-The straps have thick padding which make it comfortable when carrying it for long periods of time-The top pocket for glasses or a phone is a great addition and helps me be able to grab these items quickly-The middle pouch between the two main zippered compartments holds a folder nicely, I use it to keep my travel documents handle when going through the airport for easy assess-The top handle is very sturdy and makes it easy to grab it from under a seat of in a storage compartmentCons:-Compared to other packs I've had that are similar in size this one has a lot of bulk to it (especially with the thick padded on the straps) and sometimes if I'm going on a short flight I'll go for a smaller bag that fits under the airline seat easier. Not worth losing a star over though because I knew it would be a large pack when I bought it.I would recommend this pack to anyone looking for something that can take a beating and hold up with years of use while still being functional and comfortable to wear. Add a water bottle holder and you are set.
