Beurer product although slightly expensive deliver well.I bought another blanket from industry leading brand which takes upto 30min to heat! This one get to it in under 2 min.

Beware don’t buy this product.Initially it heated up when tested but sat unused until cold weather came. Tested today and blanket not getting warm. 2 months old, unused and Amazon refusing to allow me to return it. Manufacturer website fails when trying to return/register a fault. Dreadful product & service. For the first time ever I’m really disappointed with an Amazon purchase. This brand was recommended to me by a friend but it clearly is faulty as there’s works well.As an electronic product I believe it is guaranteed for a year? Amazon is where I purchased the item and the manufacturer is not responding. This is a failure of my consumer rights.Steer well clear of this manufacturer is my recommendation and Amazon, I’m very disappointed in your responsibility or lack there of.

Lovely soft fabric. Really quick to warm up. Put it on a minute or so before we get into bed and it's toasty warm. No more cold feet.

Very good quality, but should be cheaper to be more accessible to more people

Very disappointed with this item, it simply does not work as advertised. It was used for the first time last night and did not all warm up, only about a third of the blanket worked. It was bought for an elderly relative and isn’t cheap so please do not waste your money.

was hoping it would be warmer than what it is ,seems to be warmer where the cable comes indoubt it will suffice when the weather gets really coldwhen turned on you have to adjust the setting to max of 6 each time which is a bit of a faff ,you will need it on 6 as any lower provides no heat , otherwise it is cosy and nice to snuggle on the sofa so far its been useful and would buy again

I bought this blanket more than a month ago all of a sudden it just stopped working since 2 days now .

They say it comes with a 3 year warranty but they told me “ if this was a manufacture defect, it will show in the first couple of weeks” so their 3 year warranty is worthless. If you have an issue more than a few weeks after buying they won’t honour the guarantee. I found even with careful use areas of it stop heating up. Wishing I had gone with a more reputable brand
