delicious but wish the vanilla bean pod were a bit more incorporated
I stumbled upon vanilla sugar on a trip to Europe and loved it in my coffee. I could see this being very good for baking also but my favorite way of using it was coffee. This is where this particular sugar falls short for me. The actually vanilla bean pods are very visible in the mix and when I put it in my coffee I have little black flecks of vanilla bean floating in my coffee and stuck all over my cup. It tastes good so I'll use it for baking but look further for my coffee sweetener.

Great sugar but vanilla taste wasn’t strong enough
I bought this sugar for making cannolis. The sugar sweetness factor was fine but the vanilla taste wasn’t enough. I would still add some vanilla when using this.
