Stainless Manifold Header w/Gasket Fits Suzuki Samurai & Geo Tracker 1.3L 1.6L L4

This header was an exact fit and arrived quickly it was pretty easy to install .The gasket doesn’t have the plug flange covers so it makes it easier to get to them .The lower collector flange does tilt towards the passenger side a bit so you will need to get an angled connector to go straight back .The provided collector does need to sit on the outside so it will need to be welded on to that piece before installation to the exhaust itself .I found it to be just as nice if not nicer so far anyway then my old Thorly header @ 5x the cost at the big branded Sami sites ..

Great constriction, easy bolt up. Make sure you surface the mounting flange on the engine side. Mine was in no way flat from warping in construction. Cylinder 3 was about 3/16" out of flat.

This does not fit my 1995 tracker . Before you buy do not believe amazon when they say it fits , check your bolt pattern first . Because it will cost you to return among other things

I ordered this header for my 1988 Suzuki samurai because I wanted to replace my ugly old stock header, installation was pretty straight forward the only problem I have is that one of the exhaust tubes on the header is just barely touching the engine mount braket that's on the frame, I tried to grind it down a little but it didn't help much, so at the moment it is still just barely touching the frame, I'm not sure if it's something wrong with the header or something wrong with the frame on my samurai. Other than that issue the header sounds great, and I really like the stainless steel.

I like the header except the weld leaks on cylinder 3 at the head flange. Tunerbits will not send a replacement prior to receiving the defective one. If the complete exhaust system hadn't been done I could use the oem manifold and send it back. It wasn't till the complete exhaust was installed at the muffler shop that we found the leaking welds. I have substantially more in the exhaust than the header and I do not want to spend more to modify the exhaust to put the oem manifold back on. I find tunerbits customer service skills lacking and self centered.Update!! The seller sent me another header and no leaks and works fabulous. Thanks TunerBits!!! This seller is Fast to respond to issues and works hard to resolve them. I truly appreciate sellers with this business mantra!! I will purchase from them again when I need another header.

This thing is basically like the ocarina in The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. If you are not familiar with this 1998 classic, the main character Link learns twelve melodies on an ocarina that allow him to solve various puzzles and teleport to previously visited locations in the game. The melodies and notes are played using buttons on the Nintendo 64 controller.It took a little creativity, but I did manage to wire my N64 controller into the fuse panel of my Samurai. This bad boy allowed me to sync with the header and teleport to other locations in rapid fashion, sometimes at up to 75mph(!!!) going downhill on the interstate. You will say, "WOW, THAT WAS TOO FAST. I THINK MY RIG ALMOST SHOOK APART." That is the power that this charged up sami flute possesses. PROCEED WITH CAUTION.
