We bought 30 or so of these cups, they look great, but all of the caps were nearly glued to the cup. So we had to use tools to separate them and a few caps/covers actually broke. It seems that these cups were experience very hot temperatures, perhaps in transit from China, and the rubber seals were melted and the result was a glued cap to the cup. We ended up buying several different rubber seals to try to fit in their place, after 3-4 purchases and a couple of weeks of try and error we found the right types and we made it work, but it was a nightmare. However, the rest of the cup is fine, but useless without the rubber seal.

The lids were ruined, not to mention one came with the wrong lid. There was black goo I had to scrub off of the cups… do not order

Bought this set and a few other cups because they have lids. These are the favorite. Definitely less spills so a big plus and the cork bottom is nice.

I am myself like these mugs. But my husband says they don’t hold a full cup of coffee.

I was willing to live with the fact that they don’t fit my car cupholder. And that they somehow manage to suck the heat out of the coffee. But they leak like there isn’t even a lid on them. I just pulled over in traffic and threw one of them away at a Starbucks. The other three will be trashed when I get home.
