Waterproofing problem has been fixed
This is the second raincoat that I have purchased from this company. The first one that I bought was not waterproof but I’m happy to say that this raincoat is!

It works and my puppy dooesn't fight it! Yea!
Works well, and the fit is good with the exception of the hood. Our puppy weighs about 15# and the hood covers her entire head so that she can't see.
