Balanced Body Foot Corrector, Foot Arch Support and Strengthener, Pilates Equipment for Home Gym or Studio

I've been using this product for over a year now and it has helped me in many ways. I injured my ankle a few years back and it never healed properly, this device has helped me regain most of the strength back in that ankle for better balance and stability. Further it has helped with my flattish arches and better overall strength in my feet. I don't know about any other competing equipment for less or more money, all I can tell you is that if used properly the foot corrector is very effective and like all Balanced Body equipment the product is very well built. My only criticism if any, is the instructions or lack of for the foot corrector. I guess the assumption is that like all specialized pilates equipment one either has enough knowledge to use it correctly or would seek instruction from a qualified instructor for full benefit.

I believe this will help my atrophied foot muscles - it is very well made and I don't think a lifetime of use will wear it out, unless it is left out in the weather. The directions are limited and vague to me, but I have a pilates instructor who is teaching me the proper nuance for using this Corrector. I also bought the book, Fix Your Feet - Using the Pilates Method, and it also requires a some "reading between the lines". I am combining Pilates, pilates devices, and yoga and yoga devices to rebuild and repair my feet. Both are educational and useful for learning to overcome painful foot problems. As all physical therapy, this requires patience and persistence. It was immediately beneficial, but the effects weren't long lasting, so I started a routine twice a day (with other devices) and I have more comfort and progress than I expected. I recommend adding this to your regimen.

I began using the Joseph Pilates version of the foot corrector in PT, I have inflammatory artheritis that effects my feet making the simple act of walking difficult and painful. The foot corrector has helped elevate my pain and swelling. This version is excellent and effective. It is well built, I hope to have and use this for many years.

Great product but it's important to watch a video from someone on something like Pilates Anytime, etc. You need to know proper placement. As I move my Pilates practice to my home I have been slowly adding accessories and this is a great one.

It is really helping my feet. My arch recently fell and it has been really painful. This is the only product I have found that works. I have been doing it every day and night. It is really strengthening my whole foot.I can really tell a huge difference in using this product. It is well made and I highly recommend it.

Both sets of springs are too strong for clients & myself to push all the way down. Balanced Body suggested placing phone books on it and wouldn't exchange or send new springs. Will think again before purchasing additional equipment from Balanced Body. If a company won't stand behind their equipment, particularly those items that don't work properly and aren't corrected with it's sarcastic advice, I can't endorse that company.
