Hi, after purchasing this add on its a hassle to get it confirmed. My worry is that it's not happened in backend, but I have to mail the team and they request the invoice copy, and they verify it and confirm it. It takes a while, but they confirmed it and I cross checked with apple to. It's a hassle to make the product activation.

Firstly this is not Care+ its Protect plus. Once you purchase this, you are scammed! There is no way to return this software. They do have return window in Amazon but it is just buggy! I cancelled the order multiple times within mentioned date. But they just ignored my request and updated the status as delivered!I called up both Amazon help and Vendor. They just play ping pong, asking buyer to contact the other person. Advice to Amazon, Please correct your return process for software. How can I return a software if you send a person to collect it???Finally once you buy this product you also buy headache with this. It is better to visit any apple store and understand the uses and later buy.

Great service

While purchase the product warranty extension till 2 year's will be confirmed with protect plus product which almost about 6000 extra. Now after six month of purchase they says this for accidental damage valid for 1 years. Which is clearly cheating from Amazon.
