Bob's Red Mill Polenta Grits, Golden Corn Grit, 24 Ounce (Pack of 2)

This is a great product. An excellent substitute for rice or mashed potatoes, and a lot less time to prepare. Easy to "dress up" with butter, cheese, or chopped cooked veggies. The perfect base for serving with moles if you're into them.

The flavor of yellow corn grits is wonderful. Much better than the white grits. My hubby has a great recipe for perparing them with yogurt and cheddar cheese added. He also found out that adding more water than suggested on the package is better.

Makes great polenta. Have used this in the past with great success.

Such a great product! If you like polenta this is the best way to go. Cooks to perfection and is simply the perfect grind!

These are so good and so much better than Quaker Grits. They are smoother and don’t pop when you cook them. They even taste good reheated. I recommend and will also buy again. ThanksUpdate: I still love the Polenta but delivery is the worst. The delivery driver won’t even ring the doorbell to let you know that you have a delivery. I just so happened to look outside, and packages just spread out over my porch, right near the steps. Anyone could have just taken the package without even coming on the porch. It’s the way the delivery drivers handle my packages that is a tremendous turn off for me. I will try to find in stores. If I can’t, I guess I’ll just have to buy what the store has. Delivery drivers, respect my packages.
