The media could not be loaded. I love the performance of my robot vacuum. The zigzag mapping is really cool and cleans efficiently. I tried the mop and its really convenient and dries fast. It doesnt leave any water residue. The vacuum itself is not too loud and battery life is good and charge fast.

Excellent product, I wish I would have bought it earlier.... since I got it, there is not pet hair anywhere like it used to be. I love the different functions, how can you manage it on the app, the setting and schedule. Just be careful with the snap part of the mopping part, only used the "right" amount of strength to close it, other than that I highly recommended . I love it

This product is no good. It gets stuck all the time, it does not pick up everything and we have tried it on all 3 suction levels. I keep getting error messages about wheel issues. This is the 4th brand of robot vac we have had and by far the worst one. My wife made me dig out one of our old ones to use. I bought this a few months ago and held on to it until her birthday (she asked for it) so I cannot return it. Very disappointed in it. I do have to say though that its app is better than others and is very good and easy to navigate and understand.

This little guys is great at picking up the cat hair & dust on my tile floors! While it works great for vacuuming, I have not tried the mop function. The battery life is not the best but it gets the job done & always finds its way back to its home stand.

To get this to work, you have to close it up in rooms. So obviously it cannot return to the base. It doesn’t memorize the rooms that cleans like the first model we had as a gift which was obviously more expensive. I’d like to return them, but my wife It says it will work OK

As often happens, the company asked for a review. I never review unless I have something that I think can help others- pro or con. I appreciate others' reviews that often influence me to buy or skip a purchase.So- this vacuum is excellent. I've purchased two other brands of this type in the past and been happy with them. I purchased this because of the price.Suction power and the coverage of the rooms is great. This vacuum has a helpful feature that my other robo vacs don't- I can empty the dirt container while the vacuum is on the charger. The others I own (on other floors of the house) have to be picked up and 'kinda' taken apart to empty. I've only had this product for 4 weeks but it is used every few days. It seems well constructed and they included extra parts- the circle brushes that wear out, a filter, and a cleaning tool. My other brands did not do that. I can't comment on battery longevity into the future but the charged battery does last to clean three large rooms completely. I don't depend on the remote for timed cleaning. I do use it to start the vac when I'm leaving the house. The vac returns to the charger before I return home. Love that!If you're thinking of purchasing this type of vacuum and based on my experience, this one is an excellent choice.

This robot vacuum is very easy to use. I set it to start at 10am everyday and it runs for about an hour and gets my entire home which is 1800 sq feet. It returns to the charger when it’s done with no problem. It sometimes gets stuck in the bathroom under the vanity but, that has nothing to do with the vacuum itself. It goes under all our other furniture and without any issues. We have a cat and it’s great for picking up cat hair we didn’t even know was there. We empty it everyday and it’s very easy to clean. I would definitely recommend purchasing this product.Edit……. This vacuum didn’t last very long and now won’t hold a charge and come on randomly in the middle of the night. I would not recommend this product.
