I have never made Pancakes. But, this made it so simple and quick. I would be thinking about my kids snacks box everyday. But now these pancakes would ruin his box occasionally. These are so fluffy and soft. And I got some lumps while stirring. But later I found that it was some special effects in the pancake. So, we enjoyed cooking and eating these pancakes . To make it healthier I pour the batter into the nonstick pan with just a drop of oil, close the lid on a medium flame for 2 minutes, and flipped it to the other side for evenly cooking. After that, I took out the pancakes and there was no stickiness and my pancakes turned out clean. The pancakes were super fluffy and soft like cotton. I served it with a drizzle of chocolate syrup and chocolate chips on top. Here is a tip and I hope my kids don't read this :) I also added finely chopped nuts to my pancake mix batter and trust me they didn't have an issue about it, as the pancakes were so scrumptious, that my kids went crazy over it.
