I think I bought this like 3 years ago+ and i have been using this every single day at work, boil 4 to 5 times within 8hrs. Yes, mine still works til now (2025 now and survived relationship with me longer than my previous relationship guuuuuuuuuurl you sayyy) and looking brand new still (if you know how to take care of yours) And i have been an fan of Bear appliances. I guarantee you that before their appliances break, youll enjoy using them for years every day. So far, all my bear appliances are still working better than my $1000+ phone i have already replaced 😂😂😂 30+ year old lady and been loving all my girly bear appliances.

It looks just like the picture. Very nice combination, but please tell everyone that the controls are in Chinese. And grant it, there is English translation, but I was a little surprised when I saw it.

I love this product. I wanted to keep my tea warm whilst I drink three cups. It is nice to move to my office work table. I love the ceramic lid for the cup it also keeps the tea warm. Slight learning curve because the instructions are from a person who is trying give instructions in English when English is not their first language. Other than that the it is a nice tea kettle. Brews the loose leafs without burning them.

I love this thing! It’s been a few days now. Performs as advertised. Not the best as a water boiler, slow. But as a drink maker it’s great. You can set a delay time if your ingredients need to soak first, then it proceeds to simmer for the time you set. After the programmed simmer is done, it switches to keep warm mode. 55°C is perfect to sip all day. You can also change the keep warm temp in 5° Celsius increments. There is a 6 min memory for when you pick up the pot and place it back down, it will resume what setting it was on. The cup warmer works really well. Sometimes my drink gets a little too hot, so I switch it off. Now I can take mytime with my morning coffee. Not a drop of coffee is below the temp I like! Alongside, I brew a tea or something herbal, and it slowly drops down to the keep warm temp and is ready when I’m done with my morning tea or coffee. Sometimes I just simmer some fruit slices and may or may not add a sweetener. This product is the best thing for chilling at home on a cold day. Perfect drinking temp all day long. And the volume capacity is perfect for 1 person. I make like 2 pots of drinks for a whole day in addition to other liquids on the side. It isn’t too big, I think a good size for a side table. For washing, I keep the kettle upright to not wet the elements on the bottom. I use a brush and scouring pad. It’s the perfect device for me. The strainer you can choose to use or not. So as not to over steep. Wish the glass panel top was in English, but nothing I can’t get used to. A sticker with English is on the glass of the kettle. The temp display is in Celsius. Not hard to get used too. 100 is boiling, easy enough. 55 is perfect keep warm temp. Seems like a very well designed and well made product.

Instruction manual is in very small font size, which makes it hard to read, and inscriptions on the base of the product is written in Chinese. Therefore making it hard to follow instructions.

i drink a lot of tea i was laid up with foot surgery could not get around house so well was having kids make me tea well i drink it all day long they would suddenly disappear i take milk and sugar in tea so i was looking for something small easy to use and keeps hot and would curb my tea drinking this was perfect to put in my bedroom i love this its really nice works great perfect the only thing i don't like is the price its expensive i still love it though if something happens to i would get kids to oinch together to get me another for Birthday or Christmas lol would recommend
