Q: Anyone using these in a Fender Supersonic 22? If so how have they done tube rattle wise?

Tube rattle is something that all tube manufacturers will occasionally produce. We haven't had a disproportionate number of reports of JJs being guilty of this compared to any other brand.

Q: are these tubes already burned in?

Not quite. I've also just replaced the 12ax7's in a Fender Hot Rod Deluxe III with JJ's as well. Rebiased it and now just burning them in. You receive them brand new. I don't mind the process. I'm still learning about tube amps.

Q: Will these go good with a mesa dual rec solo head?

Be sure to buy in matched pairs or matched quintets(according to your needs) I believe you will be pleasantly surprised. I’ve used JJ’s in vintage “69” Fender Deluxe, Soldano SLO 100, Marshall Plexi 100, vintage Peavey 5150 all the way down to the CHEEEP Kustom Defender Head. They all performed and sounded as good as the day they were born. Bottom line; tubes =old technology. Maybe a couple factories make them in the whole world, if at all?? Russia or China?. So, more than likely we are buying “new old stock” aka “NOS” tubes (surplus) company’s like groove tubes, JJ, etc buy in bulk, they then test, match, some categorize them as hard, soft, dirty, etc... then paint their little logo on them. JJ’s will work and sound as good as any other tube. Be sure you are buying the correct “part number” replacement tubes. 👍👍
