Diva Stuff Superior Lip Treatment-with Retinol and Sea Ferment, Watermelon Flavor, Made in the USA -1 fl oz

I just received the Divastuff Lip Treatment (MICA) today. This lip treatment is amazing! It is super moisturizing, and it does enhance my natural lip color. I believe the ingredient used to help with the lip plumping effect brings more blood flow to my lips. It doesn't burn, maybe a slight tingle, but feels so nice on my lips. The watermelon flavor is lite. It does make my lips look fuller instantly while providing a nice supple feel to my lips. It stays on well. It does come off when eating or drinking more than sips. But, that is not an issue for me. Even after it is worn off, my lips still have a nice tint, feel smooth, and NOT DRY!I am known as the "Lipstick Queen" whether it's a moisturizing lip balm/tx like this one or a full on matte lip, to a cream color, or a variety of lip glosses. I have about (100) types of lip beauty products I carry with me on a daily basis in my purse, in my car, and on the end table where I sit when I am home.Just to let you know how serious I am about wearing lip products, I have (10) separate clear bags of lip products seprated by color, treatments, and glosses which I label each bag with a label maker. I carry those (10) bags in a large bag in my car every day. When I can, I rotate out colors to carry in my purse. I usually have about 20-25 different lip products in my purse at ALL times on top of my (100) or so lip products in my car. So, yes, I am OBSESSSED with lip care, colors, and textures.I feel in LOVE this product immediately after putting it on my lips! That ONE STATEMENT SAYS SO MUCH ABOUT THE DIVASTUFF LIP TREATMENT coming from me with my history of purchasing and using a very large variety of brands and lip products!Plus, it has some ingredients like Retinol and Marine based Sea Ferment natural substances to continue to reduce fine lines, increase lip moisture, provide a protective barrier, and help lips to build collagen (a protein produced by our skin to keep our skin plump and full). Collagen production in the skin dimenishes with age. So, it becomes more important as we age to use products which promote collagen production. Without collagen you get fine lines, wrinkles, and hollowness as a result of loss of volume in our subcutaneous tissue from the aging process.For credibility on these statements, I am a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner and a Certified Nurse Midwife with 25 years of extensive post grad education and experience. I also have a Minor in Biology and Chemistry. I have never written a review for amazon, but I knew I had to for this product so here it goes!I would consider myself pretty well informed in the world of lip products at this point. Every pay check I get a new all natural lip gloss/plumper/butter/chapstick to try. No matter how smooth, decadent, and expensive they were, I never found myself fully satisfied by the product. I was looking for astronomical results I think! After combing through every natural lip product amazon and Etsy contained, I finally settled on this chapstick. It didn’t have a fancy scooper or decked out container, but I decided it was worth a shot. When I received my package I got little gifts with them! I lotion and a face scrubber that really caught my interest. I could tell the seller cared by the package I received. Anyway, I took the tube out and started examining it like it was a science experiment. I wasn’t impressed. It was a normal tube of chapstick-nice watermelon smell, slightly sweet, creamy, but wildly normal. I spent $10 on this? But results don’t need to come from a fancy package, so I committed myself to trying it. I think the first time I really noticed a difference was when I stopped using it. I had gone 2 days without using chapstick which being a former accutane user I never do. I think I forgot because I wasn’t pulling flakes off of crispy, chapped lips. I touched them; they were smooth! Dry because I hadn’t feed them, but even being dry the were so freaking smooth! I honestly had forgot about the product up till then. I was just using it occasionally like I normal chapstick but I had put it in the back of my mind. When I got home that night I ran to my little tube and applied it immediately! Ever since then it’s been in the front of my mind and I’ve been in absolute love. I can’t even describe the results. Its the astronomical outcome I’d been looking for. The lines are disappearing from my lips like it’s flippin magic. If i forget to put it on my lips they don’t flake up like they used to. They stay plump and smoothed over. I’ve started looking into face products because I can’t believe the results. This is a magical, perfect product created by a company that really cares! I implore you, try this and give it the time it deserves. Don’t judge a book by its cover like I did. I’ve tried so many lip products I can’t even count them and this is the first one ever that I will rebuy. I will never stop using it at this point. And if you’re the creator of the chapstick, THANK YOU! You are incredible and this chapstick is incredible! I wish I could give it more stars, but I’ll settle for 5!P.s. I’ve been using it liberally for 2 months and I don’t think I’m even half way through the tube.

This lip balm is definitely not a watermelon flavor, I'm not sure why they call it that, it is hard to describe the scent.. It goes on thin and wears off quickly. I bought this for my bedtime lip moisture but it really isn't better than any other of my drugstore lip balms. Save your money if you expect this balm to live up to the product description.

The scent of this is like a watermelon jolly rancher but very subtle. This didn't sting at all. I didn't have to reapply as often. I recommend scrubbing the lips first and then applying this balm.

The second time I ordered this, the new product was orange (vs pink for the first watermelon flavor) and burned my lips and inside my mouth. It was painful for several hours. I loved first watermellon lip product but they must have changed their formula.

I’ve been using this before going to bed. Feel good and my lips is still moist when I woke up.
