I purchased the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip4 advertised as the US version, but it turned out to be the Korean version. Samsung Support confirmed the device was first activated on 07/11/2022. Although the package appeared sealed, it was essentially an open-box item. The seller failed to disclose this critical detail, making the listing misleading. This experience has been frustrating and a waste of time. Not recommended.

Flex part was damaged right away after a month. Not using the phone much. But still

Im not sure if the item i got is really brand new or refurbished. It came sealed. I had it for a while but didnt open it. It was intended as a gift to my niece. She unboxed it recently, however, we were surprised that the camera came with lens protector. Also the pin for installing the sim card is missing.
