Cheaply made but nice fit

I like the quality of the hat, I just didn't wear it. It seemed to be nice quality and cute.

The media could not be loaded. The item arrived covered only is plastic, not even bubble wrap, so it was smashed as if it had been stepped on. I mean it is flat. The reviews are true. It shows on line this is a highly returned item. Believe it. A waste of time. Shame on seller. It is felt. Not the best quality, but I knew I'd be in a dim lit room. Otherwise, I would not use it except for costume purposes. The hat is not usable.
