I bought this gentle, caffeine-free tea and I found it perfect for calming my digestive system and soothing my throa. It also has a surprisingly enjoyable smooth, mellow flavor. I have been brewing one bag in boiling water for about 8 minutes (as recommended), and I usually get a light green infusion that tastes somewhere between chamomile and green tea. I am happy so far!

After reading that marshmallow root eases some and has the opposite effect for others, I was afraid it might not work for me. Two days in and so far, just great! Continual UTI like symptoms from advanced Celiac Disease have diminished to the point where I almost don't notice. I sure hope this keeps working. I ordered another box. Taste is mild and I enjoy this relaxing cup of tea. It's definitely worth trying to find out if it can ease your suffering.3 days later: Update. I have been feeling SO much better by the day. This tea has really worked to obliterate my bladder related suffering. Really glad I found it. I've gone from having to visit the bathroom every half hour to nearly normal. I've been saved from another course of useless and detrimental antibiotics. Wow! (At first I did have to drink it morning, noon and night / 3 times daily -- now down to morning and afternoon.) Now, I'll begin some oregano oil for 7 days to be sure I don't have any lingering candida or bacterial stuff going on.

Ok so I was told to try this for health reasons. It tastes like the hay in the floor of a barn. I did not notice any health benefits. I will not buy again. It showed up on time. It’s marshmallow root tea and seems to do exactly what marshmallow tea is supposed to do. The scent, size, value for money, freshness, and ease of use all seem to be appropriate. I wish it was a little less costly, but I also don’t know what efforts went into this product. I also can’t find it anywhere else for this price. What more can I say?
