This pull-up bar is easy to use and set-up. Unlike other bars I've used in the past, once you've tightened it up and locked it in place, it feels very stable and you can tell it's not going to slip in the door frame. Very happy with the pull up bar. It's sturdy, easy to install with the built in spirit level and I feel safe that it won't move when I use it. I have it installed in a narrow corridor which works well. I also have another model but prefer this one as the padding along the middle section is comfortable on the hands. As a beginner I use it with a long resistance band to aid me when I pull up, this also works well with it. Would recommend. It's popular with my grandchildren too!

A great product for any calisthenics beginners, simple and easy to use. It's grip really surprised me, strong enough to hold three people at once (please don't test that). Only problem would be that it fell out on me once, and it dents the doorframe. I still use it, and it seems as though it was just in a particularly bad mood that day, because it's never happened again.PS: It was alot harder to do a pullup than I thought. Could've used some resistance bands when I first started, I recommend buying those too. Might also want some gloves to reduce calluses.

Excellent piece of equipment. It is so easy to install that my 14 year old son puts it up whenever he wants to use it. It never slips and doesn't leave any marks on the doorframe and takes the weight of my 12 and half stone husband easily. Easy to put up and take down. Very stable, used daily with no problems. My boys love it. Can hold the weight it says.
