The cookies came in their individual bags, wrapped in a giant clear plastic bag. There was no box. Only 10 packs to a set, not 12 as the title of item indicates.

2nd time ordering. 1st order was in box that said 12 bags but had only 10. This time they were removed from box and put in a bag. Most cookies were smashed and broken. Some bags were sticky on the outside. This was bought for a classroom snack to show alphabets. Will never buy again or recommend to anyone.
