He was in primary 3 and constantly getting into trouble at school for not doing his work, getting distracted and so on. It may be coincidence but after about a month we suddenly realised that things seemed to have calmed down a bit. It can't be doing him any harm anyway so keeping up with a teaspoonful a day. He's in primary 4 now and while I would not claim him to be a model pupil I'm not getting weekly letters, invitations to have a chat with the teacher and so on any more. He doesn't enjoy it and it does smell fishy but it can't be that bad because there's a grimace and a swallow. However, the cap should be stable and tight enough to contain the fluid in the bottle not to leak. I kept my bottle in the fridge to maintain a temperature level whereby it would spoil in room temperature but that was me being me.
