Had searched all over the internet for a cheap dirt trapper mat for my boiler room as that is where we bring our dog in & out for her walks. It looks lovely on the tiled floor and does not move around. So far muddy paws & muddy wellies are being swallowed up by the surface and a quick vacuum is bringing up the pile and all the dried mud. I had thought I might need to wash it in the near future, but having read other reviews and looking at the product by doing this in a domestic washing machine you would have to fold it and this could split the edging so I have decided to leave well alone and maybe in the warmer months just scrub it outside, if I ever needed another I would not hesitate in getting one from this supplier again..

I really like this carpet runner which I use in my kitchen. It doesn,t slide and is warm and comfy to stand on. My only grumble is that when I lift it to clean, it leaves a black residue on my white tiles in some places which needs a brush to remove from between the tiles. The price is good and I would recommend to others

Great!!! Would buy again if needed. It's heavy and doesn't curl up or slide across my tiles in my hallway. Absorbs moisture and dirt stops it from being trailed through the house. Was sick of mopping the tile every time I came in from walking my dog in the rain. It absorbs everything. The hover runs well over it. Mine still looks like new and I have had it 6 months. It's a good length covers my front hall perfect.

Excellent carpet: practical colour; rubber backing not only stops the wet from seeping through and protects the floor underneath from getting damaged, but also stops the carpet from rolling up, crimpling and generally sliding on the floor. Perfect size for double-door in our conservatory. Excellent value. Excellent customer service. Couldn't be happier.

Absolutely excellent buy- no more muddy paw marks on my wood floors, mats can be vacuumed and they don't move an inch. Altogether one of the best buys I have had. They actually look good too. I have five from front conservatory /porch, through hall, kitchen and utility areas, and more on the way !! I have bought a lot of these mats and runners over the past year, for my dad who has dogs and my home with 4 children. They are great. I don't find too much slippage with them although you have to allow for a little on a wooden floor. The only reason for the 4 and not 5 is that it arrived a day late. But, that really doesn't detract from the fact that I really do highly recommend this; all of the dirt really does stay on the runner. With a busy household that's all you can ask for.

We have a natural bamboo floor throughout our bungalow, so this carpet runner is the only carpet in the whole house. It traps dirt and absorbs water brought into the house on feet and paws. It is rubber backed so keeps the wooden floor dry and it is also anti-slip. Cleaning it is really easy I take it outside and use a stiff brush once a week and in the meantime i run it over with the Dyson. We've had this for more than 6 months it gets a lot of wear and yet it looks like new. I would recommend this to anyone with pets or kids, and for the price its really good value

This was a great price, our puppy was slipping on our wooden floors, wood floors are bad news for any dog, mates dog ran slipped both back legs went into a spilt, needed hip op, very painful for the dog and the wallet, if not insured.This matts smart, looks good, great shade, will not show up the dirt as other matts would. I am going to buy 4 more, one for by the door when you come in with the muddy feet.I am back again to say that after 4 years of use these carpets runners from QPC Direct are still looking like NEW!!
