HP Omen 15-ax250wm, 15.6" Full-HD IPS Display, Core i7-7700HQ QC Processor, NVIDIA GTX 1050Ti 4GB Graphics Card, 12GB Memory, 1TB Hard Drive

The HP Omen is a great computer for people who want to get into gaming, it can play games like Fortnite at 50 FPS on max settings, it is a great buy considering that it was about $883 when I got it, and included a 1050ti, other computer's with a 1050ti cost around $1000, granted you can get the Asus Predator for around $1000 which includes a 1060ti or better yet you can build one yourself. However I chose this PC due to its small sleek design slightly lower cost, and I didn't necessarily need the 10 extra frames. They're are a few problems with it like the lack of an SSD which is very minor but it also, doesn't support external GPU's but for me it is fine. Overall though the Omen is a pretty good buy for people who don't want to build a PC, and need the portability of a laptop, overall great buy glad I got it.

Overall a very awesome laptop. It is incredibly fast and runs very smooth. Absolutely no problem running CPU & RAM heavy softwares. Only downside is that fan can get loud even during idle and is always on.

Got the computer and for paying this amount of money I would expect it to be in excellent brand new condition. Took it out of the package and the omen emblem on the front was already peeling off. I would return it but I need it for school, took some super glue and held it down it looks like crap but whatever. Other than that its a excellent computer.

The media could not be loaded. 5mm of dead pixels out of the box. This should not happen.Update - it's not dead pixels, it's a plastic shaving. Somewhat better, I guess. Still shouldn't happen.Displeased with Amazon's 'we store & ship it, and provide customer service, but it's just fulfillment, so we can't replace it, just refund'.

Spec wise, the computer is great. 12gb of ram, Intel 7th gen 7700HQ quad core, and a Nvidia GeForce 1050ti are all more than capable of doing anything you would like. Gaming is good, browsing is great. Screen is still dim on the highest setting, and battery life isnt all that great( but its average). The reason I’m giving this a 3 star is because when I got my package and opened it for the first time, I could see that the hinges were not in correctly and were actually loose. Also the Omen logo on the top of the laptop is a cheap plastic that has already peeled, and I havent used the computer much not to mention that I havent even owned it for 3 weeks yet. This very disappointing because as great as the price was, if Im paying $900 for a computer, it best be it the new condition. Im not sure if im going to return this computer yet as I need a laptop right now. So to sum it up, the specs itself are great, but build wise it is very poor. Also the screen and battery are average to below average if im being honest. Hope this helps anyone looking to take a risk and purchase this.

Real good laptop and for a good price too. Specs are great and the performance is superb.

This laptop works good and the speed is decent but I don't use it for gaming or videos, and I don't use the lights on the keyboard, and the battery does not last for very long(maybe 4 hours or so)…..the only good thing is that it does charge fairly quickly. Also, not a fan of the black and red keyboard.

For a reasonable price you can’t ask for a better gaming laptop. Would suggest a laptop cooler because it does get hot and it’s worth protecting your laptop.
