Gives lovely smoke flavour
Was looking for something to give nice hickory flavour without using smoked paprika. A small pinch goes a long way.

Second purchase although less for money.
I bought this several years ago and I'm sure I got triple the amount. Went to re buy and noticed it's now 100g bag. Bit disappointed and now I'll have to use it sparingly. Overall it's a great product that really adds a good flavour of smoke to soups, stews, chillis etc.

Authentic smokey flavour
Great stuff, has an authentic smokey flavour doesn't taste chemical or fake. Use a spoonful of this and mix with mayonnaise to get McDonald's Big Tasty sauce!

Smells amazing ,very strong .
I can't open the packet yet as I'm taking it on a airplane but just from opening the parcel I could smell the sweet hickory wood . Really look forward to seasoning some meat with this 😋.

Very Concentrated. Recommended.
A small amount goes a very long way and adds a distinctive smokey taste - like the burger had been flame grilled on a BBQ.But the aroma seeps through the plastic bag it was supplied in, even before opening it. I transferred the contents to a clean dry glass jam jar which solved the problem. Have one handy. It will last for ages so happy I bought the smallest size. Going to try flavouring so cream cheese next.

Fabulous flavour - although I prefer to use a little more than the 'pinch' suggested. For example, a 500g chilli con carne took about two teaspoons of powder to be to my taste. Still, at this price and quality, who's complaining. Try dropping a teaspoon full into a pan of fried onions.You won't regret it!And the service, buying direct from Tongmaster through Amazon was exemplary. It was notified as dispatched within half an hour of ordering and arrived on my doormat, first class post, a mere 26 hours later.

Very disappointing hickory seasoning
Very weak product, definitely not very concentrated, stick to the liquid smoke!
