This pulley system was just what my husband needed after shoulder replacement surgery. It is very easy to use right away as you only need to hook it over a door. It is also very portable, as we have taken it on a short trip recently so he could continue his therapy while we were away from home.

This product works well for me. It actually loosens my upper arm and shoulder and helps the range of movement for the day. I recommend it. You hang it over a door and when you’re done, just take it off and you can put it back in the bag.

This tool works well. The only issue I see is that it uses plastic pulley parts that will wear out quickly with excessive usage. I needed it to do shoulder exercises after surgery. It is easy to fit over a door and adjust. I took it to my therapist so she could show me what she needed me to do at home between visits. She noted that everything is metal -- Good, however, the rope pulls over a plastic bearing which will wear down quickly over time. ALL-IN-ALL This is a very good item to help an older person like me (female 75) continue with my recovery.

Purchased this after my Physical Therapist suggested I get one for home to help with shoulder exercises. This one looked like great quality for reasonable price. It works just as well as the one I used at PT. It has adjustments, for all sizes of people, and simple operation.

Got this shoulder pulley for my mom after a shoulder injury, and it’s been a game changer. It works just like the ones in physical therapy, she’s able to do her rehab exercises right at home. Installation was super easy (took just a few minutes), and even though it makes a slight noise while using, it doesn’t affect the performance at all. It’s helped her improve mobility and reduce pain. This system is great for shoulder rehab. Grips are well designed and comfortable. Hook over door also can be used to attach to existing exercise equipment. Rope is strong enough for rehab exercises. Pulley squeaks a bit but not an issue. Recommend

It mounts over any door making it portable versatile . I am able to get good range of motion with it. The design is simple yet durable. The cord is not stretchy which I don’t want for the range of motion I’m trying to maintain.

I found that this piece of equipment, when placed over a standard door in my home did not provide enough for me, at 5 ft 3in to stand and get stretch on my shoulders. I could do them seated, though not quite as effective.
