Hormistol - New & Enhanced Myo-inositol & D-Chiro-inositol Formula - Supports Women's Health

Been using this for two days now and I started spotting and then I started my period after just 3 days of taking Hormistol, after 4 months of not having one, despite trying loads of things with no luck. Also, I usually suffer from bad period pains and cramps but Hormistol made my pains disappear. I can't wait to see more changes and hopefully get pregnant from it.

I was a bit skeptical trying this new formula but, in all honesty, I haven’t noticed a difference. It still curbs my sugar cravings, I’m still sleeping really well and my period still came on time. The only difference is that this is slightly cheaper, which is great. Will only be buying this from now on

Since i started this powder I have not had my period restart like some people have said but I did notice an improvment in my appetite. I now don't crave snacks as much and my mood has seemed to get slightly better. I need to test it a little longer to know if I notice any huge improvements but it's promising. Also the powder is completely tasteless when you mix it with a flavoured drink.

I had been buying this for years but then at some point (I could be wrong) I think the formular and the dosage changed. The Myo- and D Chiral-inositol are not in the 40:1 ratio that is found naturally in the body. Everyone's body is different so it's important to supplement with the right ratio that blood has naturally. The company confirmed the different ratio to me in an email response to me when I asked. I'm suspicious as to why the dosage is also only half the amount that other leading companies have, such as Ovasitol and Fairhaven Health which I now buy.

I’ve been taking this inositol powder twice daily for two weeks and so far haven’t felt any effects. I have PCOS, and extremely irregular periods (once or twice a year) so was eager to give this a try!The pouch contains a measuring scoop which is handy, and the powder is odourless and tasteless. It mixes easily into water and juice. It’s safe to use with SSRIs (if you’re unsure always check with a doctor first though!)Unfortunately it hasn’t induced a period as I hoped it would. It’s supposed to help with ovarian functions and hormonal balances, both of which are affected by PCOS, but nothing has changed for me. I’ll probably keep taking it for a few more weeks just to be sure, but I would say it’s worth giving it a try if you’ve got irregular periods like me as it may work for you!
