What is the difference between hard floor and multi surface cleaner? Which is milder for terracotta tiles (delicate)?

However, it is not actually about the formula, but rather if the tiles glazed or non-glazed. In case they are non-glazed, using CrossWave and SpinWave may leave them very damp.
