Very dull shears
These shears were very pretty, but they were so dull. For the money I paid, I expected razor sharpness and they were very disappointing. When I requested a refund they sent me a video for troubleshooting. I have done hair for 28 years and I know how to adjust my shears and care for them to keep them at their best and sharpest. I did return them.
