Does this drain your car battery when car is parked/ignition off? My wife installed this in her car and a week later her car battery died.

Overnight a day or two should not drain the battery but a week of not starting the vehicle will probably drain the battery depending on battery condition n also due to the other electronics in the vehicle that normally also draw minimal amounts of power overnight. If it's just happening within a day or two of not starting the vehicle then I would suspect a weak battery especially if it's more than 4 to 5 years old.

How can I remove the dash cam from its mount ?

Tiene iCloud storage?? O es necesario tener la cámara para ver los videos??

No entiendo a qué te refieres con que si tiene iCloud storage.. si te puedo decir sobre cómo funciona el almacenamiento. Para q grave videos o fotos tienes q usar el micro chip q trae o el q tu elijas, Azdome no ofrece ningun tipo de almacenamiento en ninguna nube, ni en iCloud ni en Google ni nada... Cuando quieres bajar un vídeo a tu teléfono conectas la cámara a tu teléfono por WiFi bajas el vídeo a tu teléfono ya después puedes almacenarlo donde desees. Es muy fácil de usar etobeste modelo m300s solo funciona mediante mandos de voz y solo en ingles, no tiene pantalla. Si no hablas inglés o prefieres usarla en otro idioma te recomiendo el modelo de Azdome M550 que tienes 3 cámaras el frente , atrás y adentro del carro para ver los pasajeros. Además de que tiene una pantalla con diferentes idioma y es más fácil de navegar. Yo tengo la m550 y la super recomiendo. Espero y haya sido de ayuda mi respuesta a tus dudas, feliz día.
