Vivid Arts 'Love Doves' hollow resin pair of doves cooing to each other

I really like these doves. The detailing is great, especially the eyes which almost look real, and they are about lifesize so look good in the garden surrounded by my plants.Shame they were damaged in the post, but the broken wing tip was glued back on using a well known two part adhesive and the join is hardly noticable.I could imagine them being used as a decoration at a wedding. Very romantic.

As seen in the image, this arrived completely broken and unfixable, which is a huge shame.Edit: I have now ordered this same item twice, and the second time it arrived mostly intact but with the beak broken!With only one line of bubble wrap around it the ornament obviously smashed at some point.Other than this, from what I can see the detail on the bird looks great and if it weren’t broken I would be very happy with the purchase. This was a gift for a garden ornament and I will be ordering again in hopes it arrives fully intact, but after how this one arrived I am not hopeful.

bought the "love doves" to remember all my dogs that I have lost, put the doves in the garden where I can see them from my patio doorsthey are lovely and I have had many positive comments on how realistic they are.being made from resin they should last for a long time.
