Excellent reliability
I've fitted Texecom equipment for more than 25 years and it has always been well made, simple to install and above all reliable, this unit was used to replace an older model I fitted in 1990 for my in laws, it was still working well, just wanted something that looked more modern

No installation manual 😡
Check that there are instructions with the panel, only got the user guide and not the installation manual... Contacted the buyer, but no response as usual.

No installation booklet, broken parts and old stock
Nothing wrong with the alarm but missing the installation instruction booklet. On installing I noticed that the production date on the unit was 2010 and one of the clips that held the keyboard flat was broken. I managed to use it but I will not use or recommend this company. Not up to Amazon’s usual standard.
