Product cracked on install. Says they will replace but no contact information. Amazon does not provide the information to get it replaced.

Gave 4 stars as it was not as easy to install as instructions stated. Glare if the sun hits just right. But other then that works as described. Does fit 12 inch screen as described. Adhered well so far. Only own for short time.
